Old Ealonian, Paul Waterhouse, died in June, this year, 2020.
In 1969, he was a Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Navy when he took part in this race
from the top of the Empire State Building, in New York, to the top of the Post Office
Tower, in London. Two Royal Navy Phantom jets were used to cross the Atlantic.
